The management’s wish: intralogistics that grow with the company. The company’s expansion and the constantly growing range of rental items, which now totals around 1.5 million, made automated intralogistics and efficient track-and-trace in the entire rental cycle indispensable. The management opted for RFID-based identification of all items as the basis for digitized inventory management, paperless picking and the introduction of electronic delivery bills.
Implementation of key objectives:
1. The introduction of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) taking into account company-specific processes and
2. The implementation of RFID-supported processes such as inventory, picking, loading, delivery, retrieval, unloading, cleaning, testing according to VDE and restocking.
