AutoID SmartMove eliminates complex and time-consuming installation or integration efforts for new RFID processes. No customizing is required—just simple configuration via the intuitive user interface.

The RFID integration and management platform SmartMove not only manages your RFID infrastructure, it also monitors your system-critical RFID capture processes and ensures stable operation of the RFID system. SmartMove combines individual RFID reading points with tunnels, packing stations, and RFID gate solutions. To use SmartMove, items must be labeled with RFID transponders. If this is not yet the case, we will be happy to assist you. There is a suitable RFID smart label or onmetal RFID transponder for various surfaces and materials. The item data is then recorded via RFID read points, e.g., in intralogistics or production.
SmartMove supports different readers from a wide range of manufacturers. The software runs on the reader, on an edge PC, or in the cloud.
SmartMove retrieves the data from the RFID reader, filters and formats it, and transfers the raw data to the leading system, e.g., a warehouse management system. The data telegrams can be reduced to the relevant information. This saves time. Integration is therefore possible on a pure configuration basis with minimal effort.
The SmartMove control center visualizes the current status of your RFID infrastructure. The standard screens can be customized as required.
Integration is the real heart of SmartMove. SmartMove uses the standard interfaces provided by the leading system, where the material or production flow data generated on the shop floor is transferred to ERP, PPS, or WMS, for example, with minimal integration effort. For example, the process of passing through gate “A” with pallet numbers “B-E,” item quantities ‘F’ and “G,” the date, and the direction of passage. The data flows, for example, via an HTTP(S) REST interface into a test environment of your WMS or ERP.
