RFID gate at loading gates for automated goods issue

Our classic among the gate models and the most sold. Not without reason: the RF KonSys Gate protects your shipping against errors. Positioned directly at the loading gate, it allows forklift drivers to pass through quickly, with hundreds of items being correctly read by the RFID readers and compared with the order in seconds without having to manually scan the goods on the pallet. A monitor at the gate shows the current loading status of this plausibility check. If an item is missing from the pallet or has been incorrectly packed, the warehouse employee receives a message on their vehicle terminal or handheld device. This means that outgoing goods are automatically protected against errors and increases customer satisfaction. There are no complaints from your end customers with our RF KonSys Gate.

Advantages of a permanently installed gate

  • Automated outgoing goods inspection
  • No need to get off the forklift, no manual scanning necessary
  • Accelerated dispatch processing
  • Digitized process relieves logistics personnel
  • RFID article transponder provides further process advantages, e.g. inventory

Fields of application classic, permanently installed gate

The RFID gate not only increases the speed and process quality of incoming and outgoing goods. You can also use it to check the plausibility of parts for production. Positioned at the entrance to the production hall, the RFID antennas in the gate read load carriers and their production contents to check whether they may be received for the next production step. The RF KonSys Gate also offers you the security of knowing that only the desired items pass through a zone at hall crossings, at the entrance to smaller C-parts warehouses or at the entrance to a laboratory wing. The combination of gates and reading points at critical points provides you with continuous material tracking on the store floor. Automated quality assurance that takes the pressure off your team, especially when there is a shortage of personnel. This means that even a single person can safely operate multiple machines.
