Application examples
The classic location for RFID gates is in front of the loading ramp.
There, outgoing goods are secured with a real-time comparison of the read handling unit with the order.
For incoming goods, this principle applies the other way round.
If the goods (or returns) are received through the gate, they are also recorded and booked in again.
If you want to track when a load carrier has left a building or hall section, then RFID gates are positioned at central transition points.
This intralogistics Track&Trace also prevents pallets from being placed where they do not belong.
The warehouse operator receives immediate feedback on an error and can correct it immediately.
Each individual RFID-tagged item is physically recorded as it passes through the gate and compared with the digital delivery bill in real time.
This serialized form of recording offers 100% quality control.

Depending on the material properties, there are different RFID labels or tags that are attached either directly to the item or to the load carrier.
We develop the gate and the associated control cabinet for the necessary sensors and signaling technology, including visual and audible alarms for your warehouse team.
In addition to the optimal dimensioning of the gate housing, we also install ram protection.
We only install components with protection class IP67 or IP68.
The physical recording is superimposed on the digital one.
The digital delivery bill, which is made possible by the gate, also provides an exact list of what has been loaded onto the truck for customs clearance.
The loading sequence is also monitored.
