Application examples
You have a choice of two control options
Errors in outgoing goods are expensive.
Investments to avoid them can be too.
Our aim is to find the optimum price-performance package for and with our customers.
To do this, we look at your logistics processes, your goals and the warehouse infrastructure.
What do you want to achieve?
Is it enough for you to record the handling unit or do you need to ensure that there are no errors down to item level because your customers expect this level of precision from you?
Our experience shows that our customers take very different approaches to error prevention.
We follow these paths. You have the choice between various control options:
I. RF KonSys Gate for 100% real-time recording of serialized articles
Perfect for: Wildly picked load carriers and material mixes (wood, plastic, ceramics, glass, etc.)
- Individual dimensions and sensor technology of the gates
- Incl.
Control cabinet or terminal - Configurable, on-the-edge logic in the gate
- Middleware and ERP integration
- Maintenance-free
- Actual data comparison
- Quality analysis of the tagging
- Direct feedback (acoustic / visual)
II Real-time tracking system with Zebra ATR7000 RTLS reader
Perfect for: Real-time localization of handling units (HUs), via stationary readers at loading ramps or transition points
- High-precision object location 0.6 m accurate location
- Large coverage area thanks to wide-angle antennas
- 10 times higher throughput than conventional readers
- High process efficiency with fast ROI
- We will be happy to show you which option is best for your specific storage scenario.
As the final control instance, the gate also detects any errors that may have occurred during order picking.
This gives us the certainty that exactly the items that the customer has ordered are going to the customer.

RF KonSys Gate in goods issue / goods receipt
Depending on the material properties, there are different RFID labels or tags that are attached either directly to the item or to the load carrier.
We develop the gate and the associated control cabinet for the necessary sensors and signaling technology, including visual and audible alarms for your warehouse team.
In addition to the optimal dimensioning of the gate housing, we also install ram protection.
We only install components with protection class IP67 or IP68.
The physical recording is superimposed on the digital one.
The digital delivery bill, which is made possible by the gate, also provides an exact list of what has been loaded onto the truck for customs clearance.
The loading sequence is also monitored.
Direct visualization: During loading at the gate, warning messages are issued in the form of signal lamps and audio feedback in the event of errors. Visualization in the software: Overview of loading as real-time status. Multi-route planning: The loading sequence can be checked across several gates.
The filter and system logic runs directly at the gate and can be configured there.
Status monitoring is possible remotely.
Either by your IT team or by us.
